If it's European, then 91 is approximately equal to 87 in the states.
Steven, call Wiseco and cancel your order.
If you're going to school and need to go cheap on gas, then you're probably not in the right place financially to embark on a full on 300+hp turbo build.
Is there anything wrong with your motor as it exists today? If not, leave everything stock, add an intercooler, an electronic boost controller, a blow-off valve, a rising rate fuel pressure regulator, upgrade your fuel pump, modify your popoff valve to hold at 12psi and gradually turn your boost up to 10 or 12 psi.
The stock cam is also good for around 300hp. These motors can run 10 to 12 psi safely with minor mods on the stock turbo.
If you're having to decide between 'a killer build' and making your rent, you know what you should do without me having to say it.
A properly tuned Z car running 10 to 12 psi will smoke nearly every ricer on the planet with only a few exceptions.
I'm impressed. This thread went to 4 pages in one morning...

He had another thread about this as well... The common "get an L28ET" answer wasn't an option I guess.
