510 truck??? dude theres no such thing as a 510 truck.. they made a wagon but not a truck... if your refering to the datsun 620 which is a truck.. then yes you can put the tranny in.. but the engine wont go in unless you do quite a bit of modifications to it... the 620 had a 4 cylinder Lseries engine and was a lot shorter than the l28... so you might hace to cut the radiator support to get it in...

Honestly man, I don't think it would fit. Because the Z has such a long front end. And the truck is much shorter, but then I am no expert on this matter. Just in my opinion, I don't think it is possible, unless he wants to be sitting on part of the engine. I am sure if there is a way, somebody will tell you.

I assume you're talking about the 521 truck since the front grill looks remotely simular to the 510.

The L28 does fit in the 620 with some engine mount mods. The 521 has a slightly shorter nose but it should still fit. The front pullys will be very close to the radiator support though. Oh, and this is of course after you remove the radiator and relocate it to the back of the truck. Run lines back there and an electric fan.

Was it perhaps 4/20 when you and your budy talked about his truck, cause it sounds like there is some confusion about the module. I am from texas so I can understand the problem with numbers, but damn take the blinde fold off man.
