Colorado???

I just moved from there and hopefully can give you some helpful info.
Colorado does not any safety laws or "vehicle inspections" you need to do. Emissions testing varies from county to county. I.E. Colorado Springs - unless it's a diesel it doesn't get emissions tested. Denver - you do have to get emissions.
Odds are you'll also have to have your VIN verified to make sure it matches your title coming from another state. But that may be only if you bought the car in another state - I don't remember. If you do, you can go to a police station in your county and they should be able to do a VIN verification for free. Otherwise it will probably cost anywhere from $10-20 at a dealership or emissions testing center.
Hope that helps.
