clutter/engine bay

Im going for a clean and simple engine bay.I was wondering how to go about cleaning up my intake manifold, make it a little less cluttered. I've heard of people "grinding and polishing" the intake and I was wondering how I could go about doing something similar. I am going for clean and simple. Any ideas?

You could get a fuel rail with the single rail design. It takes away a lot of the clutter.

First of all, remove your Air Conditioning system and Cruise Control. Then the vaccume hoses that used to plug into the manifold for the CC are gone and you can weld and polish those spots closed. Or plug them neatly.
