ok so i switched out the relay with another 1 it clicked when i plugged it in then i switched it back and that 1 clicked 2 so i'm guessing its good then?now i did the same thing to the one under the dash and no clicks like the 1 next to the battery so i'm guessing i have a problem there i wouldn't even kno where to start with that if its bad wiring i used my multimeter and it gets constant power even with the key to off so idk

anymore suggestions cuz i feel really stupid and this is the last problem (so far) before i can get her started

I'm still not sure what you are doing.

Did you replace the green fuel pump relay (to the right of the glove box) with a GOOD relay? Have you checked for power at the fuel pump when you've taken out the relays?
