AFM Ground wiring, where does it connect?
When I bought my 1981 280zx the ground wire on the AFM was not connected at the one end (just dangling in the air). Car still ran fine. I read through FSM, Haines and can nowhere find a picture or description on where to connect the ends of this wire. Does someone have a picture or can describe to me where the ends connect? Appreciate.

It uses a body ground wire that's in the harness. And actually... if you look at the AFM wiring harness, there should be a ground coming out of the harness about a foot in from the AFM plug (unless someone chopped it... then you have other problems).

or is he talking the short little wire thats on the afm, it goes from the afm to its own mounting screws. i know mine has one like that as well. it grounds the case to the chassis, because it is rubber mounted.

+1, don't think mine has one, but if I had problems, there would be one...
