65mm t/b

I'm looking for a 65mm t/b, I already have a 60mm off a 240sx but would realy like to use a 65mm. In my search I found you can use one from a 73-74 v8 mercedes but I have had no luck finding one at my local junk yards. Is there another car with a 65mm t/b that could be used? Maybe a mustage. Or would it be easyer for me to pick one up from summit?

Why do you think you need one? You know you could get the same results by just switching to a larger pulley on the TB right?

5mm difference is huge!!!

Adding 5psi to each tire will give you better results, and is free.

Going from 50mm to 60mm is only a 10mm difference, that's a 50% increase just going 5 more mm.

Have you ported your intake runners?
Have you upgraded to a larger turbo?
Have you installed larger cc fuel injectors?
Are you running a tunable ecu?
Are you running 2.5in+ intercooler pipes?

If not... you have those things to do before the need of a 65mm throttle body.

Well I'm working on all that stuff so with my new manifold that I'm working on to go with all those other upgrades, I'm going with a 65mm throttle body. So any info on another 65mm throttle body besides the 74 mercedes?
