280ZXT stock HP/TQ????
280ZXT stock HP/TQ????
i recently got another car a 280ZXT..and i was just wondering around how much HP/TQ the turbo models make stock??and would I be able to run an aftermarket B.O.V (HKS SSQ) ??--would the bov go in place of stock one(thats on the manifold) is or would it have to be on the piping?? thnXs
180hp / 200 lb/ft torque.
stock 280zxt's don't have bov's. One must be mounted between the turbo out & the tb. It won't give you any more hp, but it will increase turbo life & spool time between shifts.

glad you did chief,
was about to hit -unsuscribe-
I'll try for another week now LOL
It would be interesting to get someone to dyno a stock 280ZXT. My non turbo dynoed at 143whp with just my K&N filter, and headers with exhaust. So that's probably the factory spec 170hp like the old ID tag on the 280Z says? well, anyway.
right now my car has 170 flywheel hp and 0 whp.
(stupid transmission)
