My ECU is fried on my 1983 280zx, the part number is A11 652 805. Where can I find one and does it have to be that specific part number or will any ECU for that year model work? I know it has to be for a non turbo. Any help is greatly appreciated since I'm pulling my hair out trying to find one.
IF you cant find the exact replacement you can use any ECU from 1982 or 1983 only. It does not matter if the ECU or car is an automatic/manual or California/Federal emission.
Here are the part numbers for all 1975 to 1983 ECU's. The numbers you are looking for are the JECS numbers in the 1982 and 1983 rows.
