power steering hose

81 280zx 2+2 NA

So I have a leaky power steering hose (pressure hose coming from the pump). I ordered a new one, and it is not going to fit at all. One end is a threaded fitting and the other end is a banjo fitting. My hose has threaded fittings on both ends.

I checked with 4 different parts stores and they alll have the banjo fitting ps hose for the na car. However for the turbo car they have a hose with threaded fittings on both ends.

Anybody have any experience with this? Do all the parts stores have an incorrect listing? Does the na 2.8 have a hose with threaded fittings on both ends, or did i somehow manage to get a turbo power steering setup on my car?

Thanks!

Justin

order a hose from a 79 or 80, 81 was a transistion year. what kind of power steering do you have, a rack, or recirculting ball type. 79 and 80 had the ball type.
