anyone ever change out the brake booster?

wondering if anyone has changed the stock one to a smaller more performance oriantated one and if so which one did u use?

More performance orientated? There's nothing wrong w/ the stock one... if you're going to upgrade the brake system, upgrade the calipers, pads, and rotors.

reason im asking is, it looks too large and too thin, i dunno, im new to the 280 and used to having smaller ones.

Mebbe an S13 / S14 brake booster would fit... or some other Nissan. Just seems like a waste of time tho...

The factory one works good. Get larger rotors and calipers. That will add stopping force more than just added brake pressure.

ok good to know. i hadnt seen anything about it so i figured id ask. one less thing to buy hehe.. prec. the help guys.

what about stainless steel braided lines to the calipers? anyone change those?

i love SS lines, the pedal is SOOOO much more responsive there no sag feelin in the brake pedal with SS lines its like direct feedback to you.... i heart it.

not on MY Z, but just go to thezstore.com and you'll have a good part for sure, im sure you could also make your own just matching up threads and length, but save the time spend the money and get them from:
