Rear Spoiler and Front air dam

Which rear spoiler is the best considering downforce and drag at highway speeds for my '82 turbo zx? Also the same question for a airdam for use with a intercooler?

If you want crazy downforce over the rear, I've been told by several people in the local Z club here that the Porsche style whale tail gives the most downforce, but it does increase drag a little bit. If you search the archives on zcar.com I know there was a post about different spoilers and reducing lift. I think the Supra style or the GT wing was what an engineer said was overall best, can't exactly remember.

The 280zx-R rear wing that i have on my car will produce 370 lbs of downforce at 100MPH it was designed for the newman sharp scca 280ZX.. but you will need an airdam to counter act the front from lifting.. the MSA airdam should work fine
