Question guage cover
my 280zx has some kinda buildup on the inside of the guage cover. i dont know what it is. maybe dried moisture or something? how do i go about just gettin to the guage cover without having to take off the dash?

you have to take out the gauge cluster.. thats the only way you can get to the screws to take off the clear plastic face plate... the steering wheel has to come off to get to the 2 screws on the bottom that holds the cluster and theres 2 screws on the top.. then remove the speedo cable and the wires connected to the cluster and it should jsut come out...
