Dash replacement
I found this on eBay and I was wondering what you guys thought about this.
I'm thinking of replacing my cracked dash and I'm wondering if this would be a good replacement.

He is a good seller to deal with. I got my console shift plate from him. It came in black, but I painted it silver. Although it is a different plastic then original. It does look great. If you want to save a little money get the dash cap from him. I will probably get one from him, when I get around to it. But it is my opinion. And downt the road aways.
ive noticed you can separate the foam existing dash from its frame...maybe with some work or maybe lay down some foam and put the cap on top...im not sure if i had a spare dash i would experiment..i would buy a dash cap, remove my old dash foam and lay down new foam and carve it out and put the cap on top....
or use some nice velour or something tacky. to reduce glare and add hp. i like skully's idea, if you romove your orig. cover, then reinstall the cap in its place and knowbody will be the wiser, depends how it attatches
