hey!

I got my car painted at maaco, it came out greaaat! the key is the body work! Be sure there are absolutely no dings and havem sand the car really well. I got it painted metallic black (sumptin like "gray spiral") it has a slight (very slight) green tint in the metal when looked at in sunlight. Click my signature below to see my paint. All in all it came out great (gloss, smoothness, body work). Maaco did it all for bout $700. I caught a great sale on their supreme package. I however had them remove every ding or mar i could find and circle. Thats what kills the price: $58/hr body work. Take a look!

paint jobs

Just remember this, If you go to macco you will get a $300 paint job and it will look it as well. If you want a really slick job either do it your self (I am) or pay the big bucks. Most of the work is in the prep, (getting car ready to be painted) is what you should find out just how much they are going to do for what price. Sanding , filling dents and lots more sanding, lots. Any imperfection in the body will show up with new paint. Little dings and wavey body panels really take away from a good paint job.
