It seems like my right side windshield wiper's resting position is kinda high up (as in, it doesn't rest in a horizontal position). After looking at some pics of other 280ZX's, it doesn't look like this' normal. Is there some way to adjust the resting position of that wiper?

 

remove the arm and put it back on the way you want it...

 

Oh I see now, the joint has a cover over it to protect the nut. It was so smooth I thought it was a solid piece. ^^
