300zx seats in a 280zx?
I was lookin in a junk yard today and I found a Z31 turbo with really nice looking bucket seats with "Turbo" emboidered on them...I was wondering if they would bolt right into my 1983 280zx, or what I could do to make them fit.

even if they dont bolt right in you can get them to fit... you jsut need to make your own mounting brackets.. or you can take the seats off the slides and swap out the slids...

That came out of a Z31? It looks almost exactly like the stock seats I have now !!!

I bought a very nice set of z31 seats out of a 87 300zx manual lumbar ajustable headrest pumonic air in the seat area. Havn't installed them yet, but I have mocked them in just to see how much work is involved. Looks like I''ll have to be doing some drilling and cutting and welding. I have went back as far as I can in the arcives and only very general talk of how to install them. deffinetly no pictures.
