V8 327, 280z 2+2 rear end swap

Hi, Ive got a chevy 327 with a turbo 350 tranny. I dont know what rear end I have on the 240z right now, but im guessing its a regular r200. Is the 280z 2+2 rear end a worthwhile and correct swap(considering the v8)? And how do i get the speedometer gears/ things to work properly? I am most likely swapping the 350 turbo out for a 700r4, so what do i need to do? And what about the ratios and all that, could someone please explain to me wat the 4.11 - 1 ratio or w/e means, and if i need to do anything to make it match my car?

Also, what kind of halfshafts should i use, specifically? I heard of handling problems with the r200 halfshafts because they are asymetrical. And what kind of gear ratios should i be using with a chevy 327(motor will have comp cams)? Thanks for your help, Wilson
