Wheel Spacer ?

This is a ? for those of you using wheel spacers on early Z's... Has anyone had a problem with over heating wheel bearings or the hub? I'm thinking about getting some spacers and someone brought the heat issue to my attention.

I'm using 1/4" spacers and haven't had a problem

No problems with mine.

I drove it to LA several times also "350 miles away"
