what price am i looking at
im pretty sure i have a blown head gasket. i was thinking the block was cracked and had it looked at and he thought the same. but i think head gasket and i need someone who knows what there doing. this is my second z car and i have trouble finding people to work on it who know there [censored].
so what now and what price do you think it will run if it is the head gasket

The head gasket itself costs about $40. The labor they charge will probably be $600-900. They might charge more if they don't know what they are doing because they'll probably pull the front cover off to get the timing chain disconnected.
If you have someone who knows Z's, they can get it done in a couple hours.
