What to do with my new Z.

What to do with my new Z.
Hey guys, I just got a 76' Datsun 280Z 2+2, I paid $3500 for it, it's from South Carolina, but I'm not sure what to do with it. A friend of mine was down in North Carolina looking for cars so I had him check out some Z cars. He found the 76' 280Z with 4-speed manual, 113k miles on it, super clean body, perfect black interior with uncracked dash which I still can't believe. Anyway I didn't actually ever see it and it never ocurred to me to ask if it was 2+2 or not. I don't think he realized the difference really between 2+2 and 2-seater. So I got the Z and then found it was a 2+2, I was a bit dissapointed because I wanted a 2-seater. So I'm undecided on what to do. If I should keep it and drive it or try and sell it and use the money towards another 2-Seater S30. What would you guys do?
I'll try and get some pics today.

If you really want a 2-seater sell that one and get a 2 seater. If it has any small problems such as oil leaks or anything that could easily be replaced for cheap to make it worth more it might be worth doing.
Good luck with this situation.

I dont know about the "2+2 induced panic" here...
You wanted the coupe and you got the 2+2 instead...you dont like it, sell it, If its in the shape that justifies what you paid for it then it will sell again. Just advertise it well in the North Eastern states and someone is likely to pick it up sooner rather then later...
Until then drive it and have some fun with it...summer's here and you have a Z to drive around...who knows maybe it'll grow on ya!

Keep the 2+2 and go get a coupe!
I'm about finished restoring/modifying my coupe, and now I'm starting to think a 2+2 might be a nice next step to a collection, after I fix up the truck, fo course...

I appreciate all the opinions guys. I'm probably going to do that. Drive it and have fun with it, list it and see if I can make some extra money on it. If I can sell it for what I paid or more than that'll be worth it. If not, just hang onto it, improve it and eventually find a 2-seater S30 to go alongside it. Although I do have to admit, the backseats in the S30 2+2 are actually functional, which is actually kind of nice, where as my S130 2+2, the backseats were pretty much useless which kinda sucked.
In the meantime keep trying to get my damn ZXT running correctly, then I can eventually use the engine for a swap into a 2-Seater S30 one day.
