I'm not to sure but!... Does the viper 5501 come with an alarm?
I have a datsun 78 280z and i don't believe it comes with a factory alarm, could i just hook the Viper 5501 system into my horn or would i need to buy a siren and shock sensors?? I have been looking everywhere and i need help!

On these old cars it would take me about 1 minute to find, dissable and bypass an aftermarket alarm system, even if it's professionally installed.

The best defense to keep someone from driving off with your car is a kill switch to the fuel pump hidden in a place that is normally covered up, not visible and you make the wiring for it look stock. A small black rocker switch next to the dome light is usually a good spot with a black interior. Or rewiring a switch that already exists, like using the A/C switch assuming you don't have A/C.
