turbos? 1....2.....3?

How many turbos does it take to get a Z into the 9's? 1? 2? 3?
the answer is 1, and its a monster!! T92 hybrid turbo pushing 26 Psi, 750 HP, voila! a 9.76 Z on low grade race gas

That's fast, got any links to the car? I've seen a couple of those monster Z's in Option magazines, but nothing on the net.
