yea ya can even though most people think you should get a turbo head for the 7.3-1 comp ratio stay with your setup with 8.3-1 it will give the better drvieabilaty and better spool up. back to the gas you can run pump gas but dont run less than the mid-grade and if you do run mid if the car starts to knock go up to the good stuff and put an octane booster to the mid tank so you dont burn holes in your pistions

It is probably a good idea to install a fuel pressure regulator that boost the fuel pressure when the turbo builds up pressure. Another way is to install a turbo fueller. You can find a turbo fueller at www.perfectpower.com

Well, if you actually want to use the turbo, you need to put in the 280zx turbo fuel rail with injectors, and also use the computer and wiring from the turbo.
Also, the turbo block has pistons with thicker rings. The block itself is the same, but your rings may wear a little faster using a non-turbo piston setup.
