well i have this metal tapping noise coming on and off from my passanger rear, sounds like drivetrain, but i don't know what they hell it is...

and it is really loud, i can hear it when i have my stareo full, (when the stereo is full i can't even here my engine at 6000rpm)

it happens only occasionally, sometimes after canning the car hard it does it only for like 2 secs then it goes away, then it might come back again

also after coming off the highway, and coming onto the offramp it does it also...

i've got all new rear bearings, and all new joints everywhere in the rear. i thought it was my fuel pump, but that i got that changed and it still does it... i can't see anywhere underneath the car where it is is tapping... but it is just FREAKIN loud, and doesn't sound very healthy..

any suggestions

tonite coming out of the work carpark, step on it a bit, and a big bang and the moustache bar broke into 2 peices...

i am assuming it had a crack in it alreayd

yer my rubbers are pretty toast, but have still got enough rubber there to not touch any metal against metal

gav, its my first one i've ever broken.. hehe.. broken a few other things, uni's and that...
