Re: sun roof
Take it out, find 2 pieces of respectable metal, some insulation,
Have the top piece welded to the car, install insulation, have bottom piece welded to car. Sand, grind, paint, finish.
maybe.

Re: sun roof
There are only two true solutions to this task------The first is to find a good donor 260Z in the salvage yard and cut off its roof so you can use its metal to replace your missing metal--------Second option would be to go to a good metal shaping person and have them English wheel the metal to fit your hole in the roof. Than you would need to find a good welding person and body man to finish the merging of the two metals........The reason you only have two true options that I gave you is that the metal will have to have the original curves that the factory had stamped into the roof-----If per se you were to use just a simple piece of flat metal it would buckle and ripple from the air turbulence as you drive--------I would either find yourself a good metal person or a donor roof.....
