I went to the Adelaide motorshow yesterday, and I saw the Z car in the flesh for the first time, and all I can say is: Once I have enough money I am buying one. Simple as that. It looked awesome, I took about 15 photos of it and I am in love with it. Now I just got to start saving (I should be able to own one in about 25 years)

Are referring to the new 350Z or are you referring to a classic Z (ie a 240Z,260Z, or 280Z)? If you are referrin g to a classic Z you are in the right place and will very much enjoy one, otherwise if you are referring to a new Z, this would not be quite the place to discuss your likes/dislikes.

I want to make me a hood like that for my S30. I got inspired when I saw Shelby Series 1. I think it'll help run my engine cooler

Yeah, I'm reffering to the new one. Did you draw those Skully? I'll post the pictures when I get them developed and scanned. I also got heaps of pictures of ferraris, porsches and evo 6 amongst others

wasn't the EVo 7 there, when they had the melbourne show here, i was going to go but got free tickets to the grand prix, so i went there.. hehe

and yes once i get older a new 350z Turbo will be in my driveway, with the 260z weekend driver.. yer baby, oh and if they don't bring out a turbo version of the 350z, I'll damn well put one on my self

There was no EVO VII, only a VI (and about a dozen IV's & V's in the carpark).I was actually disappointed that the 350Z that was on show was the Concept (first seen in Detroit), not a production prototype. I was pleasantly suprised by the size of the car - I thought it was bigger than it was.

We should perhaps move this discussion over to the 2003 forum....

but i thinking, its a international car show, shouldn't they show the lastest cars, not the version before.. i prefer the evo VII body over the evo VI body....

and ben most of those Evo's that u saw in the carpark, were prolly not evo's but just lancer GLI's with body kits.. rice rice baby

Nah, they were real (it was the modified Lancer Club I think) - most IV's & V's, most with exhausts & BOV's. Heck an EVO IV is fast enuf already...

Of course there were the obligatory 2-door EVO look-alikes too [img]/w3timages/icons/smile.gif[/img]
