Sidewall flex
I'm not sure anyone here will know this... But how much lateral sidewall flex do you actually get in tires while cornering? Specifcally 205/50/15's... Obviously the tires with the shorter sidewall are going to flex less.
Just looking for a general guesstimate. My tire has about 1/4" between itself and the lower spring perch, and it doesn't appear to have ever rubbed.

Re: Sidewall flex
Well no matter now. I got my spacers from Evan and now there is over 1" of clearance. Nice spacers BTW. Wheels aren't anything special, 15x7" eagle 5 spokes, you can see them in the members rides without the spacers on if you are interested.

Re: Sidewall flex
The tire sidewall flexes down near the contact patch, not up by the spring perch. That's why you haven't seen any rubbing...
