What is the best way to remove a rusted galley on the exhaust manifold of a '71 240Z?

Re: Rusted Galley

I am replacing the stock exhaust system for wth headers. The air galley is connected to the top of the exhaust system and then to the backfire valve with hoses leading to the smog pump.
