Heys guys im new here! I just bought a 1972 z 46k original miles. I plan on doing a restoration(my first) the car is in pretty good shape doesn't need total frame off. Mechanically good interior good. Floors need to be replaced and exterior needs paint job.
My question is> How do i sand/ what do i use/ where do i start. Im not going to be painting only preping.
Please i need all the advice/ suggestions possible.

There are many good books on the subject. Visit your local book store or library. Might even check with your local Vocational Tech School to see if they offer courses. There you can learn all the basics and do the job in class. Of course there is no substitute for experience.
