NEW 280ZX TURBO OWNER HERE!!

Just wanted to introduce myself. my happy 280zx turbo is in my sig at the bottom. anyway are there any other good z car message forums out there???

I've got my motorsport auto catalog on order but i have a few turbo performance questions.

what kind of 1/8th and 1/4 mile times are you guys running stock?

what kind of mods are you guys running. my current goals are a complete mandrel bent exhaust/down pipe with no cat.

blow-off valve?

intercooler?

i'll keep it at that for now. any suggestions or comments. please let me know!!!

FWIW i previously owned a 79 280zx 2 seat. 5spd. very rough shape but it took a licking and kept on ticking. 1/4 mile drags every weekend and auto crosses and road rallies. that car was indestructible. i love this turbo even more. ITS CHERRY.

I have had 6 280s and my first had a Bob sharp intercooler it was an automatic, I think its pretty impotant to have an automatic for
an intercooling system ,, The 5-speed has some turbo lag problems one i bought that was black and silver did anyway, Im going to get out all my files..email me wallyzhere@hotmail.com and ill send you a copy of the spec. original turbo automatic..check out my first car under wanted...
