exhaust gasket question

exhaust gasket question

MSA sent me an exhaust/intake manifold gasket with all circular holes for my N47 head from an '83 280zx non-turbo. I thought that I had square port exhaust but they sent me circles. Is this right? I would hate to take off my manifold and find out I have the wrong gasket. Thanks for the help.

littles web page has all the listings, for head exhaust ports, forgot the link if you have it have a look there it has the listing..

Hmm... The N42 has square exhaust ports. The N47 has round exhaust ports. Also, you do know your N47 is not factory equipment on an 83 Z-car. But, since you told them the head's number they did send you the right gasket.
