You may need to do some minor additional wiring, but nothing to serious. You will also need to get exhaust modifications done. Actually, get a decent 3" dump pipe & a 2.5" system made at the same time.

So, all you have is the actual turbo block/head with turbo? You will need the whole setup. The wiring harness, ecu, air flow meter, oil cooler and lines, distributor, and exhaust manifold are all different on the turbo model and you will need those items from a turbo Z to go with your block/head from the turbo.
You can use the alternator from the non-turbo!
It usually helps to have a complete turbo engine in a car and pull everything as you do the transfer.
