Egr delete

Hi guys,
Im doing an egr delete, now the bpt valve is getting taken off as well. it has two cables, which to my understanding, are connected to sensors in the coolant lines. Should i just cut the lines and leave the sensors there or should i remove the sensors and clog the holes? Please help

The EGR and BPT are vacuum actuated, not coolant... it's just air... cap the vacuum lines.
