difficulting removing spindle bolt

Need help with spindle bolt on 73 240Z. I have attempted to search but could not find anything to fit my problem. I am in the process of replacing rear struts. I removed the locking bolt on the spindle but cannot get the spindle bolt to move. Any suggestions or tricks would be appreciated.

Nice documentation on your job. I am trying to remove the spindle bolt so I can take the strut out to replace cartridge. Any chance you have the same type documentation on cartridge replacement. If not thanks.
