Why would you want to install a restricter in your exhaust? The CAT would act as another muffler rather then a resonator and kill any performance gain that you might have gotten from doing an exhaust uprgrade. You could have a better freer flowing exhaust custom made for the same price or even less in some cases then the MSA turbo exhaust.
