pls experts tell.... what the best wheel offset for my 240z is?and how wide i can go if i'll be lowering the car 2" inches without rubbing

 

offset is zreo on early z's......if you want to run modern fwd style wheels you need to get some adapters.
7 inch wide rims is about as much as you can get on the car without cutting and flaring the wheel arches.

I always thought the offest for the 240Z was 15mm is the true offset. I've always thought it was 0 myself, but I believe I heard it was 15mm anyone can confirm or deny this?

i had the same question. spized is running 18x7.5 x 225 x 40 with an 18mm offset. I'm not sure if he is using adpators. I also wanted to know if you have to use adaptors where to get them and also are they relaible because tire shops in my area won't touch em, mount em or gimme any help!
