APEXi AFC in my Z???
Saw this posted on a local market forum
CA18DET Silvia turbo brakes with Metal king pads - $100.00
Great upgrade for non turbo CA S13 or pulsar etc
Gen 1 Apexi AFC electronically alters your air fuel ratio - $75
And wondered if either of these items would sit sweetly in my '81 ZX. Does anybody know if they'll work in my car or is anybody running the AFC already? I heard the silvia brakes are an easy bolt in??
Thanks

Re: APEXi AFC in my Z???
Early S13 brakes are the same as DR30 & Z31(274mmx22mm), these calipers runa 100mm bolt spacing vs the early Nissan (up to R31) running 89.9mm, but the rotors may have a different 'hat' size (download the DBA catalogue & check).
The AFC would only be compatible with a digital EFI sytem & probably only the late-model stuff - check the APEXi site for more info.
