So you must have a 79 or possibly a 1980 280zx.
You just need to get the R200 from a 1981-83 280ZX turbo or non-turbo. Also, if your car is a 2-seater, get the driveline from the same 81-83 car that is a 2-seater. Or if it is a 2+2, get a 2+2 driveline. Be sure to take the half-shafts as well. All of that will just swap right in there. The R230 is way different, and meant for the 1990+ 300ZX. (I think)
While you are at it, be sure to put brand new bushings in!
