wiring help

ok heres the thing. i hacve a 78 280z with a carb turbo setup. someone cut my wiring whast the best way to get all my lights and what not back?

Depends how they cut it. If they accidentally just hacked a trunk of one of the harnesses, thinking they didn't need it because they were ditching the EFI for carbs, just match the wire colors up and spend some quality time with the soldering gun. If they cut all over the place here and there, you're going to need the wiring schematic for the car out of the factory service manual. The chilton and haynes ones aren't comprehensive enough to custom wire the car, which is in essence whay you'll be doing.
In the end you'll need to use the schematic anyway, to make sure to hook up things you want (e.g. headlights) and not the things you don't (like fuel pump relays that expect your ECU to be working).

Huge job! You might want to get the loom from a doner car and start from there.

no its the wiriing to the front like the corner lights anf headlights and fa and ignition stuff
