Had a slight fire the other day, battery tiedown came loose, battery grounded out as well as apparently sent a huge charge into the wiring..to make a long stroy short..the wiring underneath the fusable link area caught fire..or at least the 30+ year old insulation , thankfully I had an extinguisher with me, put the fire out but man the wiring is a mess..

Question..anyone have a repair idea or know where I can buy a new wiring harness..

Any and all help will be appreciated.

you can trace back the wires, then solder on new pieces and re-install with a maxi fuse conversion. they work great, and no fusable links to deal with.

 

you can check ebay... hybridZ.org zcar.com classiczcars.com but its hard to find a harness. took me a while and still didnt get it. ended up getting a whole new car for free and swapping all that stuff out.. still in the process. haha.

 

Got one...coming out of North Carolina next week..
