Tuning Triple Weber DCOE's

Anyone have a good link, or something with a picture or two?
I think that my throttle plates are misaligned, and causing a lean issue above idle through around 3,000rpm. I understand that there is a way to position these correctly while the carbs are still on the engine. Can anyone tell me where to look to get them lined up correctly?

the haynes weber manual was always my best recource. i always looked to the emulsion tubes for a problem in the mid RPM's. but then again i only had one instead of 3.
