just a little wiring questions
yeah I've searched zdriver, zcar and hybridz and although hybridz and google had alot of results, either the question wasn't answered or it was not my question so here goes.
Does the S30 have an in-line resistor for the tach? I guess I need one for my L28et swap and I just got to find it/get one! Along with that, is there any guide or any help as to how to get my:
thermostat and oil pressure gauge wired up to the L28et electronics?
The FSM's dont give enough information, just how to remove each gauge and the wiring schematics well....you know me and wiring

you dont, use the S30 oil pressure sender and stick your stock wire on it, use the S30 wire for your what Im assuming you mean water temp sensor since you said "thermostat"

The temp wire on the thermostat housing goes to the dash harness as it was oem. The thermotime switch goes to the ECU. The thermotime switch turns on the cold start valve. If you don't hook it up to the ECU it will assume the engine is stone cold and act accordingly. The tach reads off the + side of the coil and is inline with the transistor ignition box on the right kick panel. The tach resistor is on the same wire. I think it's the blue one.

okay found the resistor just gonna run a wire from the neg to the resistor it was so far under my dash!!
Is it okay if I just splice open the white wire the water temp sw and run that to the C5 connector?
