I'm all done with my L28 rebuild...only thing left to do is to bolt on the miscellaneous parts...But even my mechanic couldn't figure out whats missing.
**note that since taking this picture I've added the air regulator***
I have this other thing that has three hoses coming out of it...other than that I don't have anything to add to the manifold and it looks like alot of things missing. On the side of the manifold there's a bunch of spots for bolts, so there's stuff missing, the previous owner had began working on the car before me, so I'm definitely missing parts. Any help would be greatly appreciated, pictures would be awesome.

I believe that's for your cold start valve.
