hi. i have a 77 280 z after a while injector 4 its not injecting first i tough it was the spark plug but even when i bought new spark plug wires the car wasn't working the way it supposed to so i removed the injector and replace it with a new one i changed the conector but still its not working i plug the old injector in the connector with out installing the injector in the car but it seems like the is no power coming out of the connector! any suggestions please!

The 280zx is batch fire... I highly doubt it's the ecu. To answer your question, the ecu is located under the drivers side a-pillar kick panel.

It's more likely faulty injector or wiring harness. Is there any corrosion on the connector? Is the wiring plug brittle / cracked? FricFrac sells EFI harness repair kits.
