picked up a 78 Datsun 280z 2+2 last friday for $600. this thing is rusty. So heres my question. It is not starting. Im getting fuel to the fuel rail, and the injectors aren't clogged. On my jeep comanche I've had CPS problems. This datsun is a l28 and has the 5 spd. Do they have CPS? When i looked up "datsun 280z cps" nothing came up! then later when i was cleaning the car out, there was this thing that kinda looked like a cps. Similar to the one in my jeep. If its not a cps problem, what should i do? Im selling it on thursday but it needs to be running.
