I don't think the turn signals work; haven't checked the brake lights yet.
Is the signal issue usually in the column, and if so, is that tough to do?
I rebuilt a G body column before so I am not totally lost in there, but I know it is easy to mess stuff up with all the bearings and small parts.

 

Did you already check the fuses, bulbs, and relays?

 

I had the same porblem. it took me about a day to find the porblem. my is the 4-way flasher switch is bad. it stay open. no electric going to the signal switch. check that.
