i found a pair of seats in good shape in a second generation RX-7 at the ONly junkyard around here that has old stuff. i was hoping to find a miata, but i still haven't found any and i liked the look of these. so, before i go pull spend a bunch of time pulling these out to measure them up, has anybody put RX-7 seats in a Z? both cars are pretty small, rear wheel drive with a pretty good sized trans tunnel/console. i was thinking of taking a bunch of measurements before i go, but just my luck there will be something i missed and i'll get stuck with a car with no seats and a pair of seats i can't use. is there any measurement i should pay particular attention to aside from where they bolt into the body or rails to seats?
