Rust behind rear wheel well
Look at the other side of the car........
Got pics?
If you are new to body work, it's going to be fun (note sarcasm), especially extreme rust repair.
In a nut shell:
Get a piece of sheet metal, pound it to the right shape w/ hammers, dollies, and whatever else you need, weld it in, grind it, apply body filler, sand, more filler, sand, primer, wet sand, primer, paint, seal.

You can get replacement sheet metal for that area from Tabco. I've used their parts to repair my '78 in the doglegs, lower front fenders, and behind the rear wheels. The parts do require a little finessing to get the fit right, but its alot easier than starting from scratch.
^^^^thanks. I didn't wanna half *** it and us a lot of body filler. I have a doner car but its rusted there as well. I was hoping I could find one where I could cut that section out and fit it into my z but that's a pipe dream. Lol ill try and get some pics up.
