The transmission's refill and drain plug bolts will not bulge.

I am working on my driveway with very little leverage underneath.

Anyone have any advice on anything else I can use besides a wrench.

thanks.

Use a map gas torch to heat up the area around the plugs.

I had to use a torch to get mine off. This was after a good soak with PB Blaster didn't work.

You might consider raising the car on jack stands so you'll have more room. Be VERY careful with jack stands. Make sure all four corners of the stand are solidly in contact with the floor and then make sure the car doesn't wobble AT ALL before you go under there. If it does wobble, find the culpable jack stand, adjust and repeat the process.
